Simon Billows

Simon and his family have lived in Purley for the last 7 years and is a qualified engineer. He is passionate about tackling climate change and the path to net-zero carbon. He manages the installation of the latest carbon saving technologies into buildings. Simon would like to bring that expertise and drive for change to West Berkshire Council. 

Janine Lewis

Janine and her husband Robert have lived in Tilehurst for 30 years, and prior to that, many years in Purley on Thames. Their two children grew up and went to school locally too. Janine has worked in the local schools, both as staff and a governor, and also ran the 1st Purley scout group. Janine had a high-profile alter ego as a 6ft Duck running 1000s of miles for a variety of charities. 

Gary Norman

Gary Norman has 4 years of local government experience as a Town Councillor in Newbury. He is passionate about education, and in his spare time is a Tottenham Hotspur season-ticket holder.
