Our traditional January Walk followed by a lunch of hearty home-made soup and fruit crumbles at Mavis and Peter Greenhalgh’s house, 17 Fifth Road, Newbury, RG14 6DN. Our walk this year will be in the Kennet Valley and Speen Moors area, led by Tony Vickers.
Start Point: to be confirmed, taking into account underfoot conditions in January.
Start Time: meet at 10.45am for 11.00am start.
Finish time 12.30 approx. Lunch 1pm. – please arrive at the Greenhalgh’s from 12.45 approx.
£7.50 for walk and lunch

Join us for a day of campaigning across West Berkshire. We'll be working in several key election battlegrounds that are crucial we win in order to take control of the council.
We’ll be door knocking, delivering leaflets and talking to people about our campaigns. For those who are unable to be out on the steets, we'll have telephone canvassing and clerical work from the office.
On the day we will be providing a free lunch for all those who want it, if you would like to join us for lunch, or you have any dietary requirements, please let me know.
We'll be starting at 10am (with tea, coffee and pastries available from 9:30) from our HQ at Thatcham House, Turners Drive, RG19 4QD but you can join us anytime throughout the day. At 1pm we'll provide lunch, then we'll carry on till 5pm then we'll have a social in the pub.
